There was a big night of action in New York tonight as Top Rank presented Island Warriors: Latin Fury 12. Juan Manuel Lopez earned a unanimous decision over Rogers Mtagwa. The scores were 116-111, 115-111, and 114-113. Lopez scored a knockdown of Mtagwa in the 5th round. Mtagwa came with guns blazing in the final round and Lopez barely survived.
