The ACTAS Wall of Fame unveiled
Labor’s Joy Burch is celebrating the launch of a “Wall of Fame” at the ACT Academy of Sport (ACTAS). Intriguingly it only recognises alumni of the academy who’ve been to the Olympics or Paralympics. As a result the 90 strong wall is heavy with hockey players, cyclists, and rowers. None of which are particularly famous, for all that they are no doubt worthy. In any event ACTAS has now turned 20, so happy birthday to them.
