A Vancouver-based tattoo artist is such a big fan of the Olympics that he’s offering free ink for any Olympian who scores a medal in 2010.“Thomas Lockhart, of West Coast Tattoo in Vancouver, has designed over 200 Olympic designs for his shop and intends to imprint a free inking to any Olympic medalist,” according to the Ubyssey.
